computerguy just my opinion but just cause it went to a "collection attorney" dosent mean they automatically will sue .. i personally had my MBNA account sent to a collection only 2 mth b4 my SOL here in nevada kicked in but what i did i waited until like day 28 than sent a request for validation & of course i never heard from them again becouse they could not validate BUT i also know of others who NEVER validated with this so called collection attorney AND were never sued so again in my opinion ya just cant make a "blanket statement" that she's gonna be sued becouse i honestly think its a total crap shoot , just my opinion , kel ....
