Do as JKelly says. Do Not ask for validation and if they send notice of arbitration, send the Refusal of Arbitration Letter from Whychat's Website. Just lay-low for awhile - do not talk to them (Watch Caller ID, etc.). No need to even consider bankruptcy at this point. What state are you in and when did you last pay the ORIGINAL CREDITOR? If they file suit, do not ignore, we will help you with defense.
