OK, i remember you now. Then you have nothing they can take. Child support is 100% exempt. You are judgement proof, but I would still wait and see if Why Chat can give you some advice on the sudden change of court date without your knowledge.

Judgements hang around for years, and although you are judgement proof now, your circumstances could change in the future.

If there is something you can do about this, then you should.
