Try telling them that it is against company policy for you to receive personal phone calls at work because it jeapordizes your job and if possible, try having a coworker tell them that. These always worked whenever my coworkers would receive THESE phone calls at work. Once a person other than themselves told them this, they stopped calling. The last thing they want is for a job to be lost. If you have an upcoming court date coming up, share this with your lawyer and the judge will be told. Make sure in your divorce decree, it states that HE is responsible for paying this and you are to be held not liable for it. Keep this with you as it will come in handy if it does appear on your CR. Then send the reporting agencies a copy and ask that it be removed. I'm not sure if you can send the CA's a C&D letter or not, hopefully someone else will be able to advise you to this.
