I am in process of divorce. My husband has an American Express that he apparently put me on as an authorized user. I have never used the account and did not know he had an Amex card. He apparently has let the account go into arrears. I am now receiving calls at my place of employment. "Christian" calls my work many times a day. I have told him not to call me at work, ever. But as soon as I hang up, he calls again, demanding I give him my soon to be ex's phone number which I do not have. I have asked to speak to his supervisor. He refuses. I have asked for his company's name and phone number and address and he refuses. He just constantly calls and is causing me problems as work. "Christian" says I am liable on the account which I know I am not but states this will go against my credit. I know authorized user accounts can be displayed on a credit bureau. This account has never reported on mine but can they put it on now? Also any ideas on how to get this guy to quit calling me?
