Let me also start back at the beginning.

1) over a 2 month period we made payments on this and other cards with this company.
2) the money was taken from our banking accounts and NEVER credited to our credit card accounts.
3) our lawyer contacted them, and continues to do so. They were supposed to credit our accounts including any fees.
4) this was all during a time that the bank sold their creidt card section to another company. Both have been contacted by the lawyer repeatedly.
5) since all this, the bank merged with another....and they have also been contacted by the lawyer.

So they still have not refunded the money they took from our bank accounts 3 years ago, they still have not credited our credit card accounts. We negotiated making smaller payments to them until they resove the issue, they agreed, and then they refused the payments when we tried to make them. Now a ca we have never heard from has sent some sort of arbitration papers and say we must respond to them and to the NAF?
