The lawyer that is sueing me for the OC has sent me a letter stating that if I will sign this letter and agree to his payments that he will enter an agreed judgment and will take no futher action to collect unless I sell real property. He has validated, so would this be my best soultion? Since this will be going through the courts would that bind him to what he says?
