Someone please be honest with me

I have not been served any arbitration papers yet,but I know they have been trying to send them to me thru airborne express but no-one has been here to sign for it. If they send it back to W&A as undeliverable what will happeN?
Also I have no assets, the only thing in my name besides other credit cards is my car which I still owe money on.
How can they get a judgement against me if I do not have any assets?
I live in Ohio and I am very nrevous of what is about to come.
What is the point of sending the refusal of arbitration letter to W&A if according to everyone here that they normally get their way?
Sorry for all the questions I am just curious to know how far Wolpoff and Abramson will take this?
Also FYI my debt with MBNA was a line of credit,it was never a credit card nor was I ever issued a credit card,it was a promotional letter I got in the mail and applied over the phone for. I do not remeber signing any paperwork.
Is a line of credit with them different then being issued a credit card through MBNA?
Someone please answer all my questions!!
