Of course report it to the police, it would be horriable if they did this again to someone else the credit card company only wants him to repay it, if he is in jail they lose money and have to claim it on their insurance or a charge off. report it. I definlty would.Protect other americans from what has happened to you and protect yourself.
You cant transfer the account to someone who stole the credit card.
