I have a debt collector whose called twice this morning about my Discovery charge-off.(are you sure its a lwayer or just a debt collector?)
They were told I wasn't here,lol. They want me to pay a monthly fee or settle for 4,000. They threatened court if not paid. Guess we go to court cause I have no job and can't pay.
How old is your debt? Mine was charged off in Jan.04 and on its 3rd collector already.
