If they want her bad enough, they can find her. They use skip tracers now and there are internet sites that scour records for addresses, assets, licenses, titles, etc which will also give them the address. It costs only $9.95 per record. Use to be a person could disappear, but not anymore. The internet is a mixed blessing.
