It isn't my debt and we don't carry enough debt to file BK. They can't win if I show up because they can't prove their case, they are the plaintiff. When we went to the pre-trial, the attorney knew she couldn't win from the documentation I showed her and I doubt she had any evidence, but I don't think she has the authority to stop the case. I got the feeling she is only there as a warm body and just for the defaults. She really was flustered and you could see it on her face that she was in over her head when she found out we were there and telling her and the judge it wasn't our debt. She kept dropping papers and her eyes were darting all over the court room.
