One thing, if you get your name off the bank account and file bk (after a specific period of time) and want to have your name put back on the bank account, you must wait a year. Any money you happen to come into (for instance if you won the lottery) would be subject to seizure if it is less than a year after bk. I think it is a year after you filed.
