Stored Value ATM cards

Can anyone tell me the best, safest and private stored value card to use. I ran into credit card problems and want to close my bank account. I'd like to deposit money into one of these stored value cards so I can access my money with ATMs.

Can people tell me good experiences they had with certain companies. I see a long list on this webpage. I don't want them to report my information to credit bureaus. Thanks.
