HI,

Just received an Information Subpoena "with regard to a judgment entered against you" from an attorney regarding a Discover card that has not been paid in over a year. I have gotten several letters and phone calls (which I have'nt answered) from these attorneys but this is the first I'm hearing of a judgment. I have several questions: First, the letter they sent was sent regular mail not certified. Does this sound legit? If the subpoena is for real does anyone think I should answer it? I've heard you can be charged with contempt of court if you don't. I believe I am judgment proof. I own a ten year old car, am unemployed, don't own property or a home and only keep a very small amount of money (a few hundred dollars) in my bank account. I live in New Jersey.

Please help. Thanks in advance.
