It seems I have a collection agency called OSI calling me about my Cap One account. Anyone had any dealings with them. I will tell you, they are leaving nasty messages on my machine. "It is within my BEST interest to call them before 5:00pm". I've gotten worse, but I've already said I didn't owe as much as they are saying and have offered to pay thirty a month, via a letter, but........evidently they don't like that. Any suggestions?
