I agree with that to a point. But, that would mean that most of your business was based on local debt. Totally different story.
If you got my account, you wouldn't find my phone number. (just to clarify here, I sold my big house and bought a smaller/modest one with cash) I moved to a large city. I did not put in a change of address, and my neighbors thought I went to New Jersey....I am in Pa. I pretty much covered my tracts. Some of it was just dumb luck though, I was a little lucky, I have to admit that.
