They SENT YOU A SUMMONS? Call your local court house and see if there is a law suit filed against you. You can not ignore a summons (if it is real). Usually, a summons is served by a process server who will ring your doorbell and hand it to you. If a law suit has been filed, you need to respond IMMEDIATELY WITH THE SOL DEFENSE.
