If you are served with a complaint about being sued (no summons to appear) should the plaintiff be the OC or should it state the CA who bought the accout. I am almost sure this suit is from the CA because the CA is a client of the lawyer not the OC. Hope this makes sense. The only documentation attached was an affadavit of someone who stated they are familiar with the account and a copy of an old bill statement and a copy of the CC agreement.
