CR Question-Thanks in Advance!

Hi- I began getting calls from a CA (BCS??) last week, haven't spoken to them though & have not rec'd anything in the mail. I opted out last week and have all 3 CR's from 1/04. I think I know what they are calling about and according to Equifax, looks like SOL would have began in 5/97 or a few months after that (live in MASS). Experian is all screwed up-they reflect very current dates. I would like to get more info from Experian, perhaps a "drop date?" that shows when the first delinquency occured so that I can figure out SOL. I believe I can contact the Experion & ask for this info w/out them waking any CA's out there wanting to get me-it's a soft inquiry. I would also like to get rid of some old personal info, but only if it doesn't wake the CA's-is this possible?
