You need to find a new lawyer. The one you have is an idiot if he/she says you have to quit your job. There is a limit to how much of a paycheck can be garnished, and how many creditors can garnish a paycheck at the same time.

Your issues are 'waaaay too complex and deep to go without an attorney. Start by find someone who knows what he or she is doing.
