Too late. You need to answer the law suit. Don't worry, is this account within the SOL, what state. I am sure you have heard it before, go to court, make them prove it. They buy the debt for pennies on the dollar, without documentation. It is not likely that they will come up with anything. Stand your ground. Boa will be along to help.
