I won't be talking to them anymore. I have managed to avoid three CA's for over three years. This one called me at work which is a new tactic. I have to answer at work. If she calls again I am going to tell her not to call me at work anymore and hang up. Total violation of privacy. She called my HR and got my personal office phone number.

I don't like playing games. I need facts and they don't have them. It is all games. All what ifs.

The only thing is that they threatened to sue and I know that if they threaten they have to follow through or I can sue them. If they know that I might have problems. I also sent a c and d letter and they seem really pissed off about it.

I can't wait until SOL is up so I can make a formal complaint against them.

I think things will work out.

Truth is I think my ex husband forged my name on this account anyway which is why I wanted to see the orginal contract. He forged my name on MANY CC accounts and even with the IRS. They are quite agressive by the way!! (they sent me copies of the signatures and contracts when I asked for verification unlike the CA companies) Than he skipped the country and disappeared. I am pretty sure this is the problem again. Not that it changes anything and of course PCM doesn't care about that. I got out of the IRS and they cited him for fraud. They actually did a through investigation for me.
