Re: What if Regent sent a letter but acct. holder is a deceased spouse?

The letters and before that calls are all addressed to spouse. Without seeing the actual application form I don't know if they have any info on me other than possibly my first name. Since they've never asked or written directly to me I'm assuming he is the only one listed. I sent your cease/desist letter which was signed for just today. I added only that the acct. holder was deceased but didn't supply them with anything further such as date of death, etc. and I signed the letter as "Mrs So and So." If they should write back requesting this info should I furnish it? By the way I live in Texas.
