My parents have an unbelievable message from Lenahan - actually
someone saying he's an investigator. He's threatened to have me
arrested, to send the sheriffs out tonight for 2 criminal charges
(it's a credit card debt with SOL run). I don't live there. Here's
my question. I live in Florida. Can I tape the message that he
left on their machi ne? Unfortunately they have a digital. I don't
want this on their machine anymore. Can I sue them? Thanks so
much!
