Did your answer include a denial of all claims?Did it claim SOL as an affirmative defense? Did you include a notice of appearance?

I would suppose, without knowing the CONTEXT of the statutes you cited,that if they are unable to produce the require documentation, or if they are a "no show" you can file a motion for dismissal with predjuidice,and ask the Court to award you your costs plus "damages", you need, however,since you are pro-se to be prepared to produce an itemized list of your costs and damages.
