No problem, jkelly....I liked your answer and think if more people would learn the law a lot of the ca's would be out of business....They are hounding my parents(on social security, can't even afford their medications)for some credit cards they could no longer pay. I'm helping them through it.Been giving them copies of articles and information so they won't shake in their boots everytime they get "the letter" from some slimy CA. They are hanging in there, bless their hearts! Thanks for all your contributions to this board...I've learned a lot here.
