Well- not really,IF you are requesting proof that it IS your account because you either believe it is NOT, or all your OWN record of the account are lost and you have no memory of it, then-- perhaps, if a lawyer for a cc Company on a 1 year old chargeoff can not produce proof of the account, then yes, you MIGHT win.-- but I doubt that on this new a debt that they wouldn't have easy access to eveything they need.
