3 years ago I declared chapter 7 bankruptct I dident rreaffirm AM express cc at the time I was paying balance off each month I owe am express 1200 collection agency said they can sue me for fraud because I dident liat am ex as one of my creditors 3 years ago when I filed chapter 7 can they do this
