ignore MRS. one of mine and one of the worst...i dont think there is a worst by now...a typical CA fulla bs. they threaten continually. dont listen. no,,threats without basis are illegal, period. tech, that is no threat..as you "may" face consequences. watch the language as they use barely legal language to infer their threats without crossing the legal line. i imagine they are assigned..they dont normally buy a debt. its just their crap style.
