They are trying to scare you, or to find out if you're still living at the address. Look at your state law concerning process service. In most states they must serve you with a Summons (or at least try) before the court will begin the case.

Don't call them or send anything to them.

If you checked your local courts, and there is nothing filed with your name, then lay low, and wait for something official.

I would suggest contacting the court every month or so to check if anything's been filed just so you don't miss out on anything.
