Got several printed pages inmail which claim to be a summons. It is not some preprinted document rather something just printed out from a PC. The complaint states the amount owned for a CC. The name of the plaintiff (collector) and what they are seeking.
There is a index number and lists the civil court in our county. I am aware of the account and the collector
so it isnt a scam but it just seems like an odd kind of "summons". The account hasnt been paid in 4 years but we are definitly within SOL.

What bothers me is that the date on the summons is over 3 months old. Places where it is marked to be signed by attorneys are blank and some areas that appear to be a sworn statement have no signature or date. Looks like it may have been printed a while ago.
It came from the collectors office, no registered mail or anything.

Since the summons is 3mnths old I checked what I could about the case and nothing seems to exist and no judgements are against me. So I am not sure if this is an actual "serving" or if its a scare.

What should I do with this. I dont want to open a hornets nest by answering but at the same time dont know what they are up to.
