After validation requests CAs keep selling to other CAs..no validation

regarding recent post: mom opened an account under my name before I was of age....never paid..now on my report...$1400! I sent letter of validation request and then that CA sold to another...did the same thing for the next CA and low and behold...they go and sell. Cant get a validation to save my life and nothing is getting done. What should I do now?
