If the debts were listed on the bk petition, they have been discharged and you owe nothing on them.
However, I'm sure you were in default prior to filing bk so, the cc would have charged off the debts anyway. The bk will be on the report for 10 years. I would do nothing for now. Wait until 7 years is up and the chargeoffs will drop off automatically. Do not start sending checks outs.
As confused as you seem, get out your bk discharge papers, list all of your questions, and go see the lawyer that handled the case. If that's not possible, see another lawyer and get a through explanation. It'll be money well spent.
