A friend of mine is being sued by a credit card company for a long standing debt that still hasnt been paid off.
I am not too clear on how these things work. There is about $1500 owed. But there is no way my friend can pay this off.
What will happen if my friend wins/loses in this situation. I really would like some information on this topic. I really know very little. Thanks alot.
