Looks good to me! Hopefully, at this point, you have become enough of a pain in the hiney that they will go on to find someone else who will be intimidated enough to pay them. If they have not resumed collection activities, I think you have succeeded. Check your reports and make sure it isn't there. :) Be on the lookout for another collection agency to start trying to collect this - they can sell it forever, but they can't report it to the credit bureaus past the 71/2 yrs. Keep checking on it. Linda
