You should be able to get the judement vacated for improper service. They saw sears on your CR and subpoenad them. Its legal. Did you recieve any letters at your current address from them? Did they pull an inquirey before the judgement? Also how old is the debt and what is the name of the CA(If you dont mind tellling us) and what state is it in?
