Linda, here's what happened in court

Linda,
On the 2nd of April, I posted about my bank account being garnished of exempt funds. I wanted to let you know how it all came out.
I spoke to several very helpful attorneys on the phone then requested a hearing with the judge who entered the judgment. I presented my evidence, which was very cut and dried. It was very obvious to everyone except the CA attorney that the funds were exempt. The judge told them to give the money back. He also scolded me for not paying the judgment. I simply picked up my paperwork, left the witness stand and thanked the judge for his time. I smiled at the smug, rat-faced attorney and went on my way. Three days later the money was returned to my account. That day, the account was closed. I WON!!!! (sort of)
