I posted earlier that First Resolution is trying to collect on a Capital One account I believed to be paid off in a payment schedule. They tell me that it is on my credit report as still delinquent. I got a copy of my report on Yahoo Finance, and don't see it or them on it. Are these reports reliable, or could there be more than one version of my report out there? Also, I want to write a dispute and cease and desist letter, but I don't think they know where I live now. This is because I have never received anything from them in the mail. I don't want to tip them off to my location by sending a letter demanding proof. They said on my message machine that if I don't respond by Monday, I wll be sued. What should I do??? Help!
