I went for my consultation last week. He asked me same questions then gave me a packet to fill out I payed extra due to the faxed it could be expediated in 5 days becasue of possible creditors filing judgements soon. I made copies of taxreturns paystubs fillied out forms of debt i wanted to keep and balances ect.. Payed the whole amount and now it is wait and see approach. I hope mine goes through without a hitch but I think a lawyer wouldnt take the case if he wasn't going to win. total of lawyer fee 950.00 well if you want to share exepereince since we are going through at same time Ill post my experience as it goes I know im scared and this forum is awesome support!!
