Being Sued for repo from 1996 in Florida

I am being sued by Ford Motor Credit over a repossession of an auto purchased in 1993. I voluntary turned the vehicle in to them in 1996.
Do you know if there is a statue of limitations in Florida for such a debt, and what is it.
Forever indebted
