They can still try to file after the SOL
but you can
have the charges dismissed on that basis. After
7
years all negative items dissapear. It is 7 years
after the debt was FIRST reported. If they do not,
call the CRA
and contest all of them. If they contact
anyone after the SOL,
sue them for as much as you want.
Transfer checks are against you credit account and count the same as card charges. Bad financial
judgement is not a criminal offense. The
SOL for
filing is 3 to 6 years in most states. The
limit
for negative items on your report is 7 years. You
file Bankruptcy now you're in for another 10 years
from NOW.
If anything appears on your report ofter 7 years contest it. Legally it should not be there. Good Luck Job Hunting.
