Hello, I have posted here a couple of times and am slowly finishing the repairing of my report since I started in April. I live in CA and have a TSR Wireless paid off account that National Recovery has been holding since 10/98. I disputed with all three agencies that I paid this before it went to collections which actually TSR credited my account due to billing error down to 0 bal, however then sent me to collections with a "0" bal. TSR Wireless is now out of business and the credit report shows Assigned 10/98, Reported 06/02 and Last activity 07/97. The problem is National Recovery keeps going back to all three agencies verifying this is my account. I never went through National to resolve this billing issue and I asked the CRA's how can you have last activity 07/97 and assigned 10/98 and still say this is reporting correctly? "Why Chat & Linda" It is crazy that I have to chase my tail on this account and have been since April, still all I get from the CRA's is "verified" and they refuse to "validate". I have just sent off another round of letters to the CRA's demanding a "validate" and am waiting and just sent a letter to National for a "validate" what else can I do????? The CRA's seem to be playing with me. Can I demand the CRA's Verify this account and hold them then liable if they refuse? Please help??????? Thank you!!!
