We have considered the rehabing the loan but they want over 600 bucks a month, which is way more than what they would get with 10 or 15 percent. The total loan was around 30 thousand, but they have made it 60 thousand now due to fees, interest, and etc.
And what decides if it will be 10 or 15 percent.
