CA backed out

I just want to say thanks to all of you, Linda, WhyChat, and others, the big bad CA who had the final court date set for next week, after dragging me through two hearings, has suddenly backed out of the trial. I got a letter signed by the judge today. Thanks to ya'll I was able to stand up to them in regard to validation and SOL
