Indiana, as with every other state following the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, has a one year time limit for motions for relief form judgment. (one year from entry of judgment) Only grounds in overturning this particular judgment, due to the amount of time having passed, would be lack of personal or subject matter jurisdiction. poor lawyer, Esq.
