Sounds like a winner to me Kelly. I don't really want to push it. I'd rather stay out of the courts if at all possible. I'm pretty much left with..if push comes to shove, borrowing enough for a bk lawyer and being done with it or letting them get a judgement they won't be able to enforce that may or may not hang around for decades (depending on whether or not they update it) and then filing bk when I have my own money to get rid of the judgement. Just started seriously checking into bk lawyers tonight. I'm just really sick of the calls and such and am thinking about doing a free consultation with a lawyer to see what my options are. I hate to be pessimistic, but I like to be prepared for the worst. Don't want any sneak attacks. My hopes are they'll see I don't have anything to take and will say screw it. I am sooo happy for your success. Honestly I'm always relieved when someone has some progress..or better yet an END to something like this. I wish you lots of good luck with your future finances (after this lesson I think all of us will have better luck, lmao) Thanks again for your advise!!!
