I doubt that NCO could produce a copy of the original signed credit app. with Citibank because the account was opened in 1987. As far as the account being on the CRA reports, have to check, especially the Experian report for the drop-off dates. I believe the account is past SOL here (VA=3 years) but the beast at NCO says no, year and a half to go. Even if NCO bought the account from Citibank, the SOL would apply only to the last payment on the active Citibank account, correct? I am apprehensive about pulling the CRA reports 'cause any other CAs may get the hint. As if I already have enough to be concerned with, especially with that psycho running around out there!
