After 7 years do I have to contact the credit bureau agencys to have the bad debt taken off? Or does it automatically do this? Does it tell you on the credt report when the time clock started? What if someone threatens to garnish my wages, should I make a payment plan with them? Will the collection accounts come off too? Thanks for all of your help.
