IMO, the collection agent may sue you IF they actually own the debt. The question is: are you worth suing at this point. If you own your home, they might be interested in getting a judgment against you in case you ever sell it. If they won't provide you with an address to write them, I'd call your local attorney general's office to report their harassing phone calls.
